3rd and 4th Grade: "The Gruffalo"

Hello, 3rd and 4th grade families and students! We hope you are doing well.

From now until the end of the course, we will be publishing materials related to the most important concepts that we have studied this course. Remember that you also have access to the Oxford Rooftops e-book that can help you study and review as well.

On the blog, we want to share some new activities and materials related to the story "The Gruffalo" by Julia Donaldson. This book will help us review animals and their body parts.

Here is a video that you can watch to see the story of The Gruffalo. After that, there is a song that helps us review his body parts.

5th and 6th Grade: About Us and Present Simple

Hello, 5th and 6th grade families and students! We hope you are doing well.

We want to share the silhouette projects that the 5th and 6th graders made for the project that we were doing with schools in the United States before we were forced to work from home.






These silhouettes provide us an opportunity to practice three important things related to what we have studied: physical appearance, personality, and the present simple.

1st and 2nd Grade: "The Very Hungry Caterpillar"

Hello, 1st and 2nd grade families! We hope you are doing well.

From now until the end of the term, we will be reviewing materials that we learned before March and learning new vocabulary.

We are going to start with a lesson based around the book, "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle. Here are two videos where you can watch the story in English. The first video is with pictures, and the second one is with shadow puppets.
